When will I receive my Tool-of-the-Month tool?
Thanks for becoming a Tool-of-the-Month member! For annual subscribers, we aim to ship your monthly tool during the second or third week of each month. For monthly subscribers, your order will process on the same day each month - the date of your original payment! For example, if you are a monthly member and signed-up on October 23, then your order will process every 23rd of each month for the duration of your membership. Your order will ship shortly after it processes.


I want to place an order for tools and sign-up for Tool-of-the-Month. Can I?
If you are signing-up as a One Year subscriber, then you can also place additional tools in your order. If you sign-up for the monthly TOTM option, then you will have to place your subscription order separate from any additional tools or products you’d like to purchase.


I’m a monthly subscriber and I have moved. How do I update my mailing address?

So, SquareSpace does not allow folks (or us) to make permanent changes to a mailing address. Silly? Absolutely! The only solution is to unsubscribe from your current subscription and re-subscribe with your new/corrected mailing address. You can login into your Garrity Tools account to cancel and resubscribe or reach out to help@garritytools.com to cancel for you.


I’m a One Year subscriber and I have moved. How do I update my mailing address?

If you subscribed as a one year member (paid upfront in full) and you have moved during your subscription period, please email help@garritytools.com with your new mailing address.


Can I use a gift card to purchase a TOTM subscription?

If you would like to subscribe as a One Year member (paid upfront in full) then you can use a gift card(s) toward the purchase of the subscription. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase a monthly TOTM memberships. Monthly TOTM memberships require a credit card on file.


How do I update my payment method for my TOTM subscription?

Login to your Garrity Tools account.

  1. At the top, tap “My Account.”

  2. Tap “Subscriptions.”

  3. Select the subscription you want to update.

  4. In the subscription's settings, tap "Payment Method.”

  5. Tap “Update Payment Method."

  6. Tap “Add New Payment Method.”

  7. Fill out the form with your new payment details.

    Please note that this process is separate from updating your account payment.


How do I cancel my TOTM subscription?

If you are a monthly Tool-of-the-Month subscriber, you can cancel at anytime by logging into your Garrity Tools account and canceling your subscription. There are no cancellation fees for monthly members.

For One Year members, you cannot cancel before your year membership is up. Each annual membership expires 12 months from purchase. We do not give partial refunds to annual subscribers.


I received an email stating my subscription was canceled. Why?
A monthly subscription may be canceled for two reasons. One, if your payment associated with your subscription fails 3 times then our website will automatically cancel your subscription. If you receive an email from our website alerting you that your credit card failed, you will need to update your credit card within your subscription to keep your account active (see instructions above). The second reason your monthly subscription may be canceled is because you moved. As stated above, our website does not let folks edit their mailing address for our Tool-of-the-Month program. The only work-around is to cancel the current subscription and have you sign-up again via our website. 


I forgot my account password. What do I do?

To reset your password, click on “sign in” in the top, right corner of our website. A dialog box will appear that says “Welcome to Garrity Tools.” At the bottom of the dialog box, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the steps to reset your password.
