The smart design of our XL Compass Tool allows you to cut 24 different sizes of circles. With this compact multi-functional pottery tool, you can cut or scribe circles ranging from 1/2 inch to 12 inches in diameter. You just need two needle tools (or any equivalent) to use the XL Compass Tool on a slab of clay. When you’re not hand-building on your bench, the pointed tip, flat sides, and rounded end come in handy while throwing on the wheel.

It is ok, but adding measurement to the tool would help.
Hey there! The numbers on the XL Compass tool correspond to the diameter of the circle they make, and are spaced along 1/2' intervals. Hope that helps!
I have reached for my XL Compass time and time again when I'm making larger circle slaps for my draping pots. Makes my studio work so much easier!!
