Shipping Policy

We are a teeny tiny team and all of our tools are made by hand in our woodshop in STL, MO. Typically, orders take 3-10 business days to process. Once processed, your order is expected (not guaranteed) to be delivered within 3-7 business days after it ships, depending on your shipping address. Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL and you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order ships. All in all, you should receive your order within 6-17 business days from the date you placed your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
At this time, we are not able to offer expedited shipping. We offer flat rate shipping. All orders are shipped either USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Please see those costs below:
USA orders:
orders under 1 pound: $7
orders over 1 pound: $12
Canadian orders:
under 1.5 pounds: $18
orders over 1.5 pounds: $36
All other countries:
under 1.5 pounds: $40
1.5 - 3 pounds: $55
over 3 pounds: $65
If we have not yet shipped your original order, then we can remove an item and send you a refund. Please email us at help@garritytools.com ASAP to remove an item from your order. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we cannot remove any item(s).
Unfortunately, we are not able to add item(s) to an already placed order. If you would like to cancel your original order and place a second, complete order, please email us at help@garritytools.com. If your order has already begun processing or shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
If there is an error in your mailing address, please notify us ASAP at help@garritytools.com so we can edit the address before it ships. If your order has already been shipped, then we suggest reaching out to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL to rectify the situation. We cannot refund or reship orders sent with incorrect shipping information that was provided by the customer. We HIGHLY recommend double checking your contact information prior to submitting your order.
Email us ASAP at help@garritytools.com to assist with canceling your order. If your order has already shipped, then we cannot cancel your order.
If your order has shipped and you no longer want the products, you will need to initiate a return. Please visit our Returns page for more information on how to initiate a return.
Don’t panic! For some unknown reason to us, USPS may label a package as ‘delivered’ prior to actually delivering it. We usually see those packages delivered within a day or two. If not, please check with a neighbor who may have grabbed it for you or received it by mistake. If neither of those options resolve the issue, please reach out to us at help@garritytools.com within two weeks of the stated delivered date. Requests made outside of this window will not be honored.
If your package was returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or otherwise mistyped mailing address that you entered at checkout, then you will need to re-pay the shipping fees in order for us to re-send your package to you. Please carefully double check that your mailing address and all of your contact information is correct before submitting your order.
Yes, we ship worldwide…as long as UPS, FEDEX, or DHL can reach you! After the turmoil of shipping during a pandemic, we only ship UPS, FEDEX, or DHL to international folks (Canadians, we can still ship USPS to you). Please note that international customers will have to pay additional duties/taxes to UPS, FEDEX, or DHL in order for your items to clear customs. Please see the next question for more information.
Yes! Your shipping charges DO NOT include the customs duties and taxes or brokerage fees that your country may charge. These additional fees are imposed by your country and it is your responsibility to pay those taxes and fees in order for your item to clear customs.
UPS, FEDEX, or DHL will reach out to collect these fees from you. This is why it is important to include a phone number and email address when you checkout. If you refuse to pay the customs fees, we will not refund or reship your order.
