The monthly subscription charges you each month for the tool plus shipping. If you are a US resident, your subscription will be $19 each month ($14 tool + $5 reduced shipping). Your subscription will continue monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
The 6-month subscription is prepaid in full for 6 limited edition tools and includes shipping costs plus one Garrity Tools sticker sheet - a savings of $14! You'll receive one tool each month for 6 months and then the subscription will automatically cancel. We do not give refunds or partial refunds on the prepaid membership. We can only ship the 6-month subscription to US addresses.
The 12-month subscription is prepaid in full for 12 limited edition tools and includes shipping costs plus one Garrity Tools embroidered hat - a savings of $59! You'll receive one tool each month for 12 months and then the subscription will automatically cancel. We do not give refunds or partial refunds on the prepaid membership. We can only ship the 12-month subscription to US addresses.
Regardless of membership type, each month, all subscribers will receive that month's limited edition tool. Check out our newsletter or instagram account each month to get a sneak peak of the limited edition tool!
Each month, you'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your order processes.
Your order will process on the same day each month - the date of your original payment! For example, if you signed-up on October 23, then your order will process every 23rd of each month for the duration of your subscription. Your order will ship shortly after it processes.

If you are using ShopPay:
If you use your ShopPay account to pay for your subscription, you will need to update your credit card within your ShopPay account. To correctly do this, add your new card FIRST, then you can delete your old/expired card. If you delete your old card before adding your new card, then your payment method will not connect correctly, resulting in a canceled subscription. Once you have updated your payment, you will need to link it to your subscription within your Shop Pay account. Click here for more details related to Shop Pay.
If you are a Monthly subscriber, your subscription will process a new order each month until you cancel. This membership does not automatically expire. You must manually cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to continue with the club.
If you are a 6-month or a 12-month subscriber, your pre-paid subscription will automatically cancel after 6 or 12 months, depending on which membership you have. You can always re-subscribe to the club after your membership expires.
If you are a monthly subscriber, you can pause your subscription. Login to your Garrity Tools customer portal to manage your subscription.
If you signed-up as a prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriber, you do not have the option to pause your subscription.
If you are a monthly subscriber, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Login to your Garrity Tools customer portal to manage your subscription.
Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscribers cannot cancel their subscription early. If you are a 6-month subscriber, your subscription will automatically cancel after 6 months. If you are a 12-month subscriber, your subscription will automatically cancel after 12 months.
You do not need a password to login to your customer portal. Enter your email address associated with your order(s), and a six-digit code will be emailed to you. Copy the six-digit code and submit to access your order history. Click here to access your customer portal.
Yes, you can use a Garrity Tools gift card to purchase a Tool-of-the-Month subscription. For monthly subscribers, gift cards can only be used for checkout orders (the initial order), not recurring orders. In order to process your recurring orders, you will need to keep a credit card payment method on file.
Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions can be paid for with a gift card.
For sure! You can leave a gift message for your recipient once you add the TOTM product to your cart. Enter your email address and your payment method and then enter your recipient's shipping address so they'll receive the tools to their home.
