Not what you expected?
We hope you love your new Garrity Tools! If you have changed your mind, we do accept returns of all unused tools within 14 days of your delivery date (US and EU customers only). Please see below for more detailed information.
Frequently Asked Questions
All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date and must be approved before items are shipped back to us. If a tool is part of a kit or set, then the entire kit or set will need to be returned. We cannot accept partial returns of these items. Digital products are non-returnable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
US CUSTOMERS
To request a return, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Click here to initiate a return of item(s).
2. Enter the email address you used to place the order and click “Continue”
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to our online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
5. Click “Request return” for the order that you want to submit a return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the item(s) you wish to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for us.
8. Click “Request return”
You will receive an email of your return request. If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will need to purchase a return label with tracking from a carrier and ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of your return approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
After the item(s) have been received and inspected to be in their original, unused condition, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method used during checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EU CUSTOMERS
All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date and must be approved before items are shipped back to us. If a tool is part of a kit or set, then the entire kit or set will need to be returned. We cannot accept partial returns of these items. Digital products are non-returnable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Click here to submit your request for a return using our EU Withdrawal form.
2. Enter the details requested in the form and click “Continue”
3. If a valid order exists, we will review the return. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Digital products are non-returnable.
4. You will automatically receive a time-stamped confirmation email stating the request.
5. Once the return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back to our shop within 14 days of your approved request.
6. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
7. Once we receive the item(s) and the item(s) are unused and in their original condition, we will issue you a refund back to your original payment method used during checkout.
CUSTOM FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that we cannot refund you for any customs fees, duties, or taxes paid. Those fees were paid to your country’s border patrol and we are not able to retrieve those fees for you.
All international orders, except for the EU, are final sale. We are not able to accept returns from international customers.
Our apologies! Please email us at help@garritytools.com and include a photo or video of the damaged product. We’ll make it right!
We are so sorry for the error! Please send us an email to help@garritytools.com with a photo of the wrong items, and we’ll make it right! We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the incorrect goods. Once we receive the items back, we’ll send you the correct order.
Once the item(s) are returned to us and found to be unused and in their original condition, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method used during checkout. The time it takes for a refund to be credited back to your account depends on your credit card company/ bank. However, we typically see refunds appear within 7-10 business days. Just a reminder, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
