Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us at help@garritytools.com to inquire about a return. All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date and must be approved before items are shipped back to us. In your return request email, please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and a reason for the return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. 

If a tool is part of a kit or set, then the entire kit or set will need to be returned. We cannot accept partial returns of these items.

All international orders are final sale. Due to the extremely high cost of shipping overseas, we cannot offer returns or exchanges from our international customers. Please be sure to double check your cart before checking out! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send us an email prior to placing your order. 

We are so sorry, but all international orders cannot be returned due to the high cost of shipping overseas. All international orders are final sale.

We are so sorry for the error! Please send us an email to help@garritytools.com with a photo of the wrong items, and we’ll make it right! We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the incorrect goods. Once we receive the items back, we’ll send you the correct order.

Once items are returned to us and deemed in new condition, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to be credited back to your account depends on your credit card company/ bank. However, we typically see refunds appear within 7-10 business days. Just a reminder, shipping fees are non-refundable.
