The Monthly subscription charges you each month for the tool plus shipping. There is a minimum of 3 months required to be a monthly TOTM member before you can pause or cancel your subscription. Your subscription will continue monthly until you cancel.

The One Year subscription is prepaid in full for a year of limited edition tools. You'll receive one tool each month for 12 months and then the subscription will automatically cancel. Shipping is free each month! We do not give refunds or partial refunds on the prepaid membership. By signing-up for the One Year subscription, you save $24 over the course of a year. We can only ship One Year subscriptions to US addresses.

Regardless of membership type, each month, all subscribers will receive that month's limited edition tool.

Each month, you'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your order processes.

Your order will process on the same day each month - the date of your original payment! For example, if you signed-up on October 23, then your order will process every 23rd of each month for the duration of your subscription. Your order will ship shortly after it processes.

Login to your Garrity Tools account, and click View Tool-of-the-Month Club Subscription to access your subscription. Next, click the green button to view your subscription.

Click “Edit” next to your shipping address and update your information in the pop-up dialog box. Click “save” to save your changes.

Once logged in, click “Edit” next to your payment method. We will send you an email with a secure link to the page where you can update your payment details.

If you are a Monthly subscriber, your subscription will renew each month until you cancel.

If you are a One Year subscriber, your subscription will automatically cancel after 12 months. You can always re-subscribe to the club after your membership expires.

For Monthly subscribers, you must be subscribed for at least 3 months before you will have the option to pause your subscription.

One Year subscribers do not have the option to pause their subscription.

If you are a Monthly subscriber, login to your Garrity Tools account. Click on View Tool-of-the-Month Club Subscription to access your subscription.

Next, click the green button 'click here to view subscription' to pull up more details. There, you will have the option to cancel your subscription. Just a reminder, you will need to be a subscriber for at least 3 months before you will have the option to cancel.

One Year subscribers cannot cancel their subscription early. If you are a One Year subscriber, your subscription will automatically cancel after 12 months.

Your TOTM subscription will be canceled if your payment method fails 3 times. After 3 failed attempts to process your payment, our website will automatically cancel your subscription.

If you receive an email with the subject line “Your Garrity Tools TOTM subscription payment has failed” then you will need to update your billing details within your subscription to keep it active. Just FYI, our website will try to charge your payment method every 24 hours up to 3 times.

Click on the person icon in the top, right corner of our website. The login page will load. Click on “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address and click submit. You’ll receive an email where you can update your account password.

Unfortunately, you cannot use a Garrity Tools gift card to purchase a Tool-of-the-Month subscription.

For sure! You can leave a gift message for your recipient once you add the TOTM product to your cart. Enter your email address and your payment method and then enter your recipient's shipping address so they'll receive the tools to their home.
