How we support our community
Redistribution in Action
One of Garrity Tools' core values is redistribution - we prioritize investing our profits in our staff and our community. Throughout the year, our company provides monetary support to local organizations that are working toward building a more just and inclusive world. We also respond to need as it arises in St. Louis and in our clay community across the globe.
Garrity Tools is also committed to getting tools into the hands of artists who might not traditionally have access to them. We particularly love sending tools to schools and students! If you are a teacher with a limited budget, please reach out to us about our donation programs. You can email jenny@garritytools.com.
CERF+
The Craft Emergency Relief Fund (CERF+) provides craft artists with support and resources for disaster and emergency relief, education programs, and readiness grants to strengthen preparedness.
In November of 2024, Garrity Tools launched the Bringle Tool as a way to continuously raise money for CERF+. We donate all sales from this tool to CERF+ each quarter.
Abortion Action Missouri
Abortion Action Missouri envisions a world with stigma-free abortion access and reproductive freedom for all. Their mission is to foster and sustain a Midwest movement for control of our bodies, lives, and futures

Metro Trans Umbrella Group
Metro Trans Umbrella Group is a non-profit organization located in St. Louis, Missouri created by and for the trans community. Founded in 2013, MTUG offers a wide range of social supports to empower transgender, nonbinary, intersex, and other gender-expansive people to not only survive, but thrive in the Midwest.
Garrity Tools makes a monthly sustaining contribution to MTUG.
St. Louis Queer+ Support & Healing
SQSH is a grassroots, community-based nonprofit dedicated to facilitating healing spaces and building community capacity for queer St. Louisans to thrive. They are a group of queer activists and organizers working toward our collective liberation by creating anti-oppressive community spaces and radically reimagining our systems of healing and support.
Garrity Tools makes a monthly sustaining contribution to SQSH.
Action St. Louis
Action St. Louis is a grassroots organization that seeks to build political power for disenfranchised communities in the St. Louis region. Action St. Louis builds campaigns that leverage organizing, communications, advocacy, and direct action to mitigate harm against our community while fighting for long-term transformation.
